Description

It is the most famous variety of edible olives in Greece, due to its high resistance in various weather conditions as well as due to its big size. It is described by a prolate shape and it is collected only when the colour is black. Usually, its maturation starts in November and ends in January and it is a product which is widely used in canning processes.
