Description
Very famous herb in Greece due to its usage in cooking .It can easily be maintained in a pot in our balcony and kept fresh throughout the whole year. In contradiction to other herbs it prefers shady locations for its development and frequent watering. It does not reach high heights and it develops horizontally. Its foliage is green and its flower pink-purple appearing in summer. Apart from cooking it can also be used for its therapeutic properties as well as a hot drink.
